NEWCITS DISTRIBUTION SERIESThe emergence of Newcits funds has increased the interest in distribution of UCITS funds within both the traditional and hedge fund arena. The UCITS UNIVERSITY have launched a UCITS Distribution Series to address this important topic and help managers to understand how to increase their AUM by building alternative distribution channels or enhancing existing channels. The UCITS passport allows managers to sell their funds in different European countries. The challenge is that distribution in each country is different and understanding these differences and drivers for each country will allow managers to develop a targeted distribution model without the need to waste time, money and resources.
